Hi, I’m Pia.
An astrologer grounded in Hellenistic tradition. I work with whole sign houses and celestial symbolism, weaving ancient and contemporary insight to interpret the archetypal and karmic patterns in birth charts and the moving sky.
Astrology offers a cosmic framework where fate and free will dance together. Your birth chart shows the karmic patterns and soul intentions you arrived with (the fate), while the moving sky reveals where your conscious choice and agency (the free will) can weave new patterns. It’s about understanding your celestial inheritance so you can build your future with greater awareness.
At its heart, astrology is a practice of presence—helping us become more aware of the cosmic elements at play in any given moment. By attuning to these celestial rhythms, we learn to navigate life with more grace, intention, and understanding of our place in the greater whole.
Your birth chart is a celestial snapshot of the moment you drew your first breath—a mandala of your karma and your unique cosmic signature. Through this map of the heavens, we can discern the soul’s intentions, life lessons, and the cyclical nature of your journey. The planets become wise guides; the aspects, conversations between different parts of your being; and the houses, the stages where your life’s drama unfolds.
In our work together, we’ll explore how these celestial patterns manifest in your life, using the ancient wisdom of whole sign houses and Hellenistic techniques to uncover clarity, meaning, and a deeper connection to your path.
My Story
Prior to becoming an astrologer, my life was mostly about science and language teaching. I completed a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and Biology and then later went on to do a Masters in Applied Linguistics. My working life has been a mix of language teaching, academic management, and learning and development.
I’m also a musician, painter, and a keen nature and animal lover. In particular, I have a special connection to trees – such beautiful beings! This deep reverence for trees is why I named my practice Life Tree Astrology—seeing each birth chart as a unique, living entity with roots in the past, branches reaching toward future possibilities, and a trunk grounded in the present moment.
Looking back, I see how all these paths—science, language, art, nature—were preparing me for astrology, which beautifully synthesizes systematic analysis, symbolic language, and cosmic wonder.

An astrological consultation offers practical self-awareness, helping you understand your natural strengths, navigate challenges with more clarity, and make aligned decisions in relationships, career, and personal growth. It can help you to recognise recurring life patterns and gain a more compassionate perspective of your journey.
